Loading Actions in PSE4 - Help!

Hi everyone,
I am hoping someone can help me load some actions in PSE4. They were created by a PSCS2 User who created a set for PSE4 & asked if I would help her test them. (She obviously didn't know how computer-illiterate I am!):p

I am able to download everything successfully, I've deleted the 3 cache files, I start up PSE4 and...nothing.

I can't get the actions to load.

Can anyone help? (I did receive the owner's permission to post this.):)

* Maybe an obvious question is, when downloading actions, should I have (2) attachments? (1) .atn file and (1) .psd file?

I do only have an .atn file for the action in question.

Hi Jenny ...

For an action to work in PSE4 it needs the psd file to go with the action, did she not create one to go with it ??
