Wavy Lines

Is there a way to make wavy lines in a layout using PSE 3? I have seen tutorials for Photoshop using the pen tool but not for PSE 3.

It as not as easy to do wavy lines using Elemetns as it is using Photoshop but you can still do them :)

It really depends on what you are trying to do. A couple of ways are:

.... Use the eliptical marquee on a new layer and then stroke it erase the parts you donlt want.

.... Draw a straight line on its own layer then use Filter>Distort>Shear on it.
