I was driving home from a store today and took a street into my subdivision that I don't usually take. I passed a vacant lot (maybe the only one in this 50+ year-old subdivision) and saw a sign. My thought was, "Oh, that lot is finally going to be sold."
Nope... the sign really does say what I added. I wanted you to see the "whole thing" so the actual words on the sign are unreadable. Trust me -- there is a house on the right, another one on the left, and this space is FOR RENT
Maybe it's not a 'fixer upper', maybe it is more properly a 'handyman's special' :)
