Terry, I'm so glad that image won! I saw it last week, and just didn't have the time to comment on it, but was instantly drawn to it. All of your images tell a story, or make me wonder what the story is.

And everyone else, I also remember seeing each one of those images on their own, too, particularly because they stood out.

Thanks ever so much everyone for your lovely comments, its so exciting. What fantastic choices all around this week, they are all truly stunning. Congratulations all! I took this photo at Fort Edmonton Park in one of the houses on 1900 st, the kitchen looked so homey and nostalgic that I tried to convey that feeling with the effects I used.

Linda...you only rang your Mom....I rang and emailed my whole family.
I don't know (unless your someone involved in photo editing be it Photoshop or Elements) exacly how much effect,time and thought goes into some creations. That's not to say some are not done by one push of the botton(which I often use).That why I feel IMHO that it is an honour to receive recognition for your peers and the many comments given to all in this awesome forum, it encourages us to spread our wings and creative minds to try and achieve different effects. I know myself, that I have come a long way since starting Elements about nine months ago and much of it is because of the awesome forum members here.
