Thank you for the kind words. Nancy what I did was I duplicated the picture and then went to the styles & effects area and used effects on the left side and the right I brought up frames. I made a new layer and used the spatter effect. Then I made another new layer and for this one I used the foreground frame. This was done on the Adobe photoshop elements 4.
