Tutorial ... Making a Presentation Background

Hi ....

A new tutorial of mine has been posted in the Tutorials section ... it shows you how to make a formal presentation background for photographs. The tutorial is called Presentation (http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com/subscriber/tutorials/t_presentation.php) ... and if you are already logged on to the subscriber area then the link should take you straight to it ...

I know that several people have recently been looking for idea on how to display more formal photographs so hope that the tutorial is useful and you enjoy it :) ... look forward to seeing the images you make ..

This is a really cool effect. I like this one a lot. I probably should have used a seashell shape for this but followed the tut. This has all sorts of possibilities when you can coordinate your shape to the photo theme. Thanks! Come on guys - let's see yours!

I have tried your "Making a Presentation Background" and I cannot find any Custom Tool in the leaf 21 shape. I can find it in the Cookie Cutter Tool, but that doesn't work. I am using PS Elements 4....do I need some type of work-around??

Hi Robbie ...

... and welcome to the forum :)

Get the Custom shape tool and then click on the "Shape Box" at the top of the screen.

When the list pops up click on the triangle in the top right hand corner, from the menu there select All Elements Shapes ... scroll down and you should then find it :)
