adjusting several layers

There must be a way of doing this. I am working on a photo album page so there are several images each on its own layer. Say I want to adjust the bevel or shadow of the frame. I want them all to be the same andwant to do it all at once. I have selected all the layers but it wont let me do that. I dont want to flatten my image. I also wanted to do this on text because each time I hit enter I get a new layer and using bevels etc is a pain.

Hi Chris ...

You do have to apply layer styles to each channel individually but you can copy them from one to the other.

To do that ... apply the style (bevels etc) to one of them and then do Layer>Layer Style>Copy Layer style. Go to the Layers Paletter, click on another layer you want to apply it to and do Layer>Layer Style>Paste Layer Style :)
