Hi,
When I loaded Elements5, all my pictures have a yellow cast. The same thing happened when I first loaded Elements3 and I was able to download an EXIF file and it fixed the problem. I still have that file. Will it work on 5, and how do I get it into the program.
I still have Elements 3 loaded on my system and need to keep it for a while.

Hi Jeannne ...
No one has asked for that for ages ... so it took me sometime to find it. :)
Initially I was going to suggest that you just copy it over but I didn't know if they had made any changes to it ... it doesn't look like they have. Just go to this page then scroll right down to the bottom:

Hope that it sorts it out for you :)

Wendy,
Thank you sooooo much. I will try that. I am going to teach Ele5 and I need to have the proper colors in order work on it.
You have been a great source of information.
I am new to forums and only use them when I am desperate. I should spend more time here--you guys are sooo informative.
Thanks again.

In PSE3 you can check >Ignore Camera Data (EXIF) Profiles in Preferences. It is under >Saving Files >File Compatibility. I would assume it to be available in PSE5, too.
