PSE 5 and e-mail

I just did a really cute layout for my nephew who is 5 tomorrow. I decided to send it to myself to see how it came out. When it came to my e-mail box it started with Spam: I want to share my photos with you. I know I can change the 'I want to share my photos with you" part but does it always have spam before it. I never got that from PSE3. A lot of people will not open their mail if that is the case. Any comments??

Shari I just tried out my e-mail from pse5 today and sent myself one and it didn't say it was spam. I think that is your server marking it as spam.
