I took this picture on a recent trip to Venice, Italy.

My wife and I sat in this square and listened to students practicing their classical music skills in a music academy next door. I can still hear the music.

Wow, that's a really nice picture and frame. They have very colorful houses there I see. I have friends who were just there for 2 weeks but I haven't seen any of their pics yet. Looking forward to seeing them though since I've never been to Italy and probably won't (since I really hate to fly). Must have been awesome sitting there listening to all that classical music going on, even if they were only practicing.

Steve,
great photo, captures the feel of Venice. I personally would prefer the frame to be smaller, it tends, IMHO, to take the eye away from the almost pastel colours of the photo.

Steve,
You have some really great framed photos in your gallery. Can I ask where you got your frames, or did you make them? I also love your fall colors photo. It's so pretty with the sun light filtering through the trees.

Steve,

What a nice image and way to frame it! It's nice that you have that memory, and everytime you look at that picture, you'll hear the music.

Gloria: The picture was framed using a program called " FrameMaster. You can check it out at this address: http://www.galleriasoftware.com/index.html

Thanks Steve. I'll check it out. Not to take away from your pictures, but the frames are really nice. So if the price is right, I just may have to buy it. Is the program pretty easy to use?

BTW - You have a fantastic gallery. I enjoyed looking at all your work.

Steve - I think we were in that same square! Only I didn't have a digital camera then. I love all your gallery - it brings back memories of our trips to Europe. Thanks for sharing.
