photo mail error

I have had no problems using photo mail--adobe email service--until now.
Unexpectedly, I get an error dialog box "HTML email error" when I try to send a picture with photo mail.
Only thing I can think of that I changed was some editing of contacts in the address book.
I've given my firewall--Norton Internet Security--free access to adobe elements programs.
Any suggestions?

I'm having the identical experience with Elements 3. My posting today asks for similar help -- Emailer crash with IE 7. I think IE7 is the problem but haven't found a fix yet.

I think, after reading this post and another one concerning IE7, Firefox will stay as the default browser. I did install ie7, but will uninstall it in a heartbeat if necessary.
