Simple Border

I simply want to outline my photos in a color, yet I can't find anything in Elements that allows for that. I know I must be overlooking it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Dick, try going to Select on the menu and select all. Then go to edit>stroke (outline) selection. In the window, chose the color, then pick the color you want, the pixel size you want the outline to be and chose outside then click OK.

EDIT: Sorry that should be chose inside not outside.

Also make sure you put the stroke on its own layer; that way you can change the colour and/or size without any problems.

Thanks, as always...solved my problem. Nice to have folks like you. Hope someday I can be smart enough to answer some questions. At 65 I'm not sure. Just when I think I've figured something out, I come to it again, and can't remember anything.
