where to find pepper?

Could someone please tell me where to find something called pepper. I have looked in the styles and effects where i thought I once saw it but it's not there,.....thanks in advance

Boy that sounds familiar.... would it be a filter of some sort?

I save a lot of stuff that I don't instal in PSE so I'm looking through my files; no luck thus far.

Wendy might remember something about it hopefully - I'm really curious about it now too.

hi, meribee -

it's a frame style, IIRC - there's also one called "Salt" (a white spatter frame, as opposed to the black spatter frame that pepper is -)

They're in 5 - I'm not sure if they were/are in earlier versions, though (I can't find it 4) -- which version are you running?

EDIT>>> WHOOPS! they're Layer Styles, in the "Complex" set - - They're there in 4, too -

How do you find the "Complex" set? Is there a layer stlyes area...I am in 5

Click on Layer Styles, you will get a drop down box, scroll down and click on Layer Styles (again), and then in the second box you will have a drop down box, there you will see Complex Set you will find the Salt & Pepper.

Welcome to the Forum!
Under Artworks and Effects, click on the 3rd icon over. Artwork will change to Special Effects. On the LEFT drop down window, change that to Layer Styles, then on the RIGHT drop down window change that to Complex. There you will find Salt and Pepper. :D
