can't open files

Hi... I have problems with Photoshop Elements 3.0... I'm using Windows XP SP2... I can't open files anymore, when I click on Open, Photoshop hangs up.... Please help.. :(

Sorry that you are having problems..:( Can you please tell me the specification of your PC e.g. how much RAM do you have, what the processor is and the disk size?

When you say "anymore", so PSE3 has been ok before - when did you install it..?

Yes it was ok.... but one day when I open PSE3, it dosen't work anymore.... I try to reinstall and repair it, but it dosen't work...

spec of my pc is 1.7GHz celeron, RAM 386 and disk size 80GB free disk space 10GB...
