A see a few galleries that has a bent corner look (folding over and pinned down kinda look) and I was just wondering if that is in the subscriber area, and if not, would someone mind sharing on how to accomplish that look. Thank you so much. :)

Hi Alicia ...
Its a technique from the Scrapper Guide site ... it was available free for a short time but now I think that there is a small charge for the tutorial :)

Scrappersguide.com - has a tutorial on it. They have free weekly video tutorials that come out every monday. Once the week is up they are available in the store for download for a buck each.
To get the tutorials you just have to be a member of the forum (it's free to sign up).

Thank you so much for all your guys help and input. I know that I have been a stranger for a while, but hopefully I can get back in the swing of things. :) I have not really done anything with photopshop for a month or more, because i have been so busy. but things are starting to go back to normal, and i have to get started on our wedding scrapbook. I really do appreciate all your help.
Also Wendy, a while back I sent you a PM about the tutorials that were showing and then they were removed, do you know when they will be posted again. (I dont know if it is just me, but I have not seen any new tuts posted) and wanted to make sure that I am not the only one. :) Thank you guys, so much again. Once I get back into the swing of all this, and get rid of the photo "BLOCK" I will definately post new images in my gallery.
Thanks again.
Alicia

Hi Alicia ...
Was that when they posted three of my tutorials by mistake .. they should have been spread out over the month but they posted them all on one day by accident  :D :D
If so then they are now in the Subscriber Area>Tutorials ..
If those are not the ones then can you just remind me which ones you mean :)

The tutorial was in two parts. Each week for 10 weeks they post a tutorial on Monday evenings. They've done 4 so far. They are free for a week when you join the forum which is also free. The first one they did was creating a custom shadows which they have information about on this site. You copy the shape outline to a new layer and fill with black or any other shadow color you choose. Then you use gausian blur to blur it and usually you reduce the opacity some. For the corners Linda took this one step further in her tutorials and used the smudge tool to draw out the shadows or bring them it. This makes the paper look rippled instead of perfectly flat. You can see where this is used on the corner folds to make the paper looked arched. In her second video, Linda showed us how to create the corner with the polygon lasso tool, and rotate tools to create the corner fold. She then showed us how to create the shadows and highlights using the burn and dodge tools. You can buy the videos with more detailed explainations from her site for $1 each. I just gave you the basics of how it was done.
If you become a member there are more video tutorials like this site has that you can download each month. They are only available for that month so you must remember to download them. You also get a scrapping kit with papers and embellishments.
