I keep meaning to write this thank you note; I used your tape tutorial to make some tape a few weeks ago. I had already made some tape on my own a while back, went to use it, and hated the effect. I decided to start over and follow your instructions & I'm much happier with it. I made the mistake of using white to start instead of gray. It looks much better with the gray. :)

One thing that might help somebody: I wasn't doing too well making the polygonal selections. So, I used the selection brush and Linda Sattgast's stitching zigzag brush which was included in the July Premiere download, I believe. Then, I finished it up with a standard selection brush to make sure the rest of the tape edge was selected so it could be removed. It made those zigzags a lot better than I was doing, that's for sure! If somebody doesn't have that particular brush, I would think it would be easy to make. Use a letter v without a serif, then define it as a brush and adjust the spacing. I haven't tried that but I would think it would work well.

Anyways, thanks again! :)
