I got the DVD today for the 2 year subscription and I can not get it to play no matter what. I have tried to open it in the Organizer, etc. but it only copies some of the videos and pictures over. Where are the instructions on how to run it??? HELP!!

Hi- if it's trying to download into Organizer, just cancel that option and then view it through your My computer from the start menu.

Here are the instructions from the read me file on the DVD:

For PC Users-

Insert the DVD-ROM into your computer's DVD drive. You should be presented with a window that asks you how to view the disk. Choose the "Open folder to view files with Windows Explorer" option. If this window does not appear, your computer may not have a DVD drive. Please check your user's manual to see if your computer has a DVD drive.

You should now have an open window on your desktop. Double-click on the file called PSE_Portrait, then Double-click Start.EXE. This should open the Projector.

Once the Projector opens, the DVD should start playing. To navigate through the different sections of the DVD, click on the text links on the left side of the screen.

Once a section starts playing, some DVDs will have a secondary menu in the center of the screen. Click on these links to jump ahead in that section. To return to other chapters of the DVD, just click the text links on the left.

Note: Most DVD-ROMs will have a folder labeled Images and or Extras. This will contain most of the images used in the tutorials, so you can follow along or duplicate the lesson later. In some cases, bonus plug-ins or actions may also be included.

If you're a MAC user, I can post those instructions.

Kay,
I insert the disk, choose "Open folder to view files with Windows Explorer" and nothing happens. I have two DVD drives in my computer that work flawlessly with "real" DVDs and neither of them will open this disk so I can't even get to the read-me file or anything else. Do I have a faulty disk??

I was frankly bummed that it was a DVD-ROM. I watch these things on my television rather than my computer. I have not even put it into my computer yet. Thanks for the directions, Kay.

I finally go access to this disk. What I did was use ACDSee's Classic program, navigated to the disk and double clicked on the .exe file. Wow, what a round-about way of doing things!

Glad you found a way to view it!
