Where are all the posts between 5/26 and 6/21

I registered and posted a question on 6/11. When I came on today this forum didn't know who I was so I reregistered with the same username and password and got on again. Now I find that all posts, including mine, between 5/25 and 6/21 are mising. What happened?

Major crash on the servers.

It would be best if you reposted. Things are pretty much back to normal except for the big black posting hole. From what I understand its gone forever :)

Hi... welcome back to the forums :)

Unfortunately the web server at hosting company used by PET suffered a major crash...

Then (if that wasn't bad enough) they found the hosting company hadn't been performing regular backups - so any posts after 24 April were lost.

Do you want to post the question again?

... I'm afraid that there were problems on the site .. there was a crash and a couple of months worth of messages were lost. Same thing for members who joined during that time.

Things are now getting back to normal but the messages are totally lost ... Because it lost all the details of people joining during the couple of months you are able to rejoin using the same username. :)
