has anyone tried this action in 5.0. i have tried to use it but can't seem to get the image to look normal. in 4.0 all you had to do was click twice on the action but now when i try it, it comes out a mess. can anyone help me out here.

It works fine for me. Where did you put the action? You also might want to delete the psd file and just leave the action. Thumbnails (which is what the psd file is) are handled a bit differently in PSE5 and aren't required like they were in previous versions.

ok, i went back and deleted the psd file and then tried it again. when i click on orb action the second time to get image in orb straight it reverts back to the original picture. Help, what am i doing wrong. can you give me a step by step of what you did to get your image right. i must be missing a step or something
thank you sue

It should work OK there. But applying it twice will go back to the original image - or close to it anyway. The image needs to be exactly square before you start - I crop mine square using the 5x5 aspect ratio to start with and then apply it. Should work OK then.

To get a transparent background you have to use the elliptical marquee tool, hold down Alt+Shift to make it circular and drag from the centre. Then invert delete and you should have a transparent background.
