I've been lurking for nearly a year...finally got around to adding a gallery. I am pretty much into photograpy (novice) and use PSE *3, 4 & 5) for image touchup and enhancement. I will sometimes venture into the realm of weird but not often. Any comments/critism is very welcome.

Great work John...I really like the "morning haze" photo and the selective coloring of the flower and eyes in the young girl photo...Keep them coming

John, I love your gallery. I couldn't pick a favorite, they are all great. Thanks for finally sharing. How could you possibly just be a lurker for a year. Welcome a year late I guess. Glad you finally shared.

John, why have you been lurking when you take such great pictures? What breed of dog is the pooch in the glass? One of my English Mastiffs has the exact same coloring. I definitely vote for more dog pictures.

John,
Wonderful gallery. Very pleased you have come out of the shadows and look forward to seeing more of your work. My favourite is the waterfall with the flowers in the foreground.
Karen :)

Thank you everyone for the nice comments. To answer a few questions:
I've been lurking for such a long time mainly because I spend many hours a day in front of this d**m screen and don't much feel like turning it on at home (except to check out the new videos at this site).
The dog in the wine glass is my son's American Boxer.
Again, thanks so much. As I master my new camera I'll will be posting many more masterpieces.

Hi John and welcome. I was a "lurker", too, and though I don't post too much, I am always tuning in and checking out everyone's creations! Great people & great help here!!! Love the pics in your gallery & I look forward to your upcoming "masterpieces". :)
