Hello;
I want to share with you a few shots that I took this last summer. All of them were taken at my backyard after a rainy day.
Sometimes the Sun after a heavy rain makes a great shots opportunity :D
I hope you like my "Rain Drops Gallery" :)

Your raindrops are infinitely more photogenic than those that fall in my neighborhood!!! :p
Thanks for a demonstration of how it should be done.

Wow those are beautiful. I think next time it rains I'll have to get out my camera! Sadly I won't have any flowers to photograph though. The roses have all died now.

HF,
Your photos are spectacular. Thank you for sharing them with us. Your back yard must be beautiful.
Project Idea: Don't wait for a rainy day - go outside with a spray bottle of water and make your own drops. You can adjust most bottles from an almost invisible mist to pea-sized drops. It's easy to put the drops right where you want them. The local bugs seem to enjoy the shower, too:D
Have fun,
Steve

Stunning images. Some of my favorite personal photos are close-up shots of plants and flowers covered with raindrops or morning dew. Thanks for sharing those.
And speaking of mornings, many of us who live in northern climates will begin experiencing frosty mornings frequently in the coming weeks. Even the simplest objects can be amazing photographic subjects when they are glazed with frost crystals. A little imagination and the willingness to brave the morning chill can yield some amazing images.

Thanks so much for your comments Steve.
I did try the spray bottle technique, but I was not happy with the results, for any reason the drops does not "behave" equal. Suddenly I realized why, tap water is hard water, so I decide to save some real rain in a bottle and guess what, the difference is amazing.
