I don't remember and I tried until 4am this morning to do it again...grrr
I flatten, yes flatten all.

I did start off smudging all
then used the USM amt 76 radius 8 threshold 0
custome filter> other setting at the preset -1, -1, 5, -1, -1
USM again
another custom pass but at 50%

from there I just don't remember, playing with different filters....
I am sorry i have tried again today....
