This is the page I put together for my son, Ari who is 9 months old today.

I am scheduled to get pictures taken of him at Walmart tomorrow - but I'm thinking I might cancel. I doubt they will get a better shot than I already did. (Gotta love natural light!) Even if he is in his jammies. :)

Very cute, Jane. You've got a big boy there. My twins, who where 6lb 8oz, and 6lb 13oz at birth, are only 25 and 28 pounds repectively and they're 2 years 3 months.

Yep, no need for Walmart. And the layout is really nice! I also enjoyed the springtime one in your gallery- great pictures and presentation!

Thanks for all your comments - helps to get an objective third party viewpoint.
I just called and canceled the appointment at Walmart. :) The manager was disappointed, because I was supposed to bring some digiscrapping samples for her to see. I promised I would still bring in one of my books for her to look at.
Sometimes I feel like an evangelist - "bringing the good news of PSE to the world!" LOL :D

Your twins are about the age of my daughter. She was 29 months old yesterday. She weighs about 27lbs right now. Definately more on the petite side and he is definately more on the linebacker side. :) She was 8lbs 6 ozs at birth and he was 9lbs 1oz.

Just beautiful Jane. Those jammies were both my kids favorites because they were so "snuggly".

Jane:
Glad to see you cancelled Walmart!!! That is a terrific page!!! Great Job!!!
Trish:
My twins were 5lbs 7 oz and 5lbs 11 oz (my son) at birth. At a year they were still under 15lbs!!! Dr.'s said they were very concerned and were thinking of putting them in the hospital for "failure to thrive" Tried to make me feel like I wasn't feeding them enough!!! Take a look at them today in the Wedding pics thread in the subscribers section of the forum. They are just fine! One of my best friends had triplets 6 weeks after I had my twins....her smallest was 6 11, largest 7 13......imagine......triplets between 6 and a half and almost 8 lbs!!!! SHE WAS HUGE!!!!! I can say that today....would never have 15 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!:D :D

Colleen,
I don't worry about how big they are any more. My daughter (over 8lbs at birth) is always in the 90th or higher for height, and 75th or so for weight. My boys are down in the 50th/25th, and 25th/10th. But, I think boys bloom later. My daughter is taller than most boys her age - lol! But, the doctors say they are doing great.

Jane he's adorable! You definitely do NOT need Wal-Mart to photograph him... you've done very well on your own.

Jane,
What a lovely page. Who needs Walmart?:D Thanks also for telling us what fonts & embellishments you used. I must remember to do that next time I post a page.

Been there, done that with son #2. At 12 months he weighed marginally more than at 6 months, below the 3rd centile! Investigated for failure to thrive, cystic fibrosis, ceoliacs (?sp), only the fact that his Daddy was a doctor stopped them calling in social services! He was an incredibly picky eater (or non-eater) After all tests were negative was told 'don't worry, he'll eventually start eating & catch up' Well, at nearly 22 he's now over 6 foot and although he was incredibly skinny until a couple of years ago he's now filled out & pretty broad.
