Tool Bar

One question I have had... in the videos the tool bar is always in 2 rows on the left side, where mine is a single row on the left side. Is there a way to change that?

Click on the very top of theTool Bar and pull it out some. It will change to two columns.

I tried that, and yes it does change to 2 columns, but it is now 'free floating' from the edge of inside border of Elements. I would prefer it to be 'attached' and in a double column as it appears to be in the videos that I see Dave Cross and Matt K. doing.

Any more suggestions?
