Adobe Exchnge

Is it me or is the Adobe Exchange site not working at the moment? I have all the requirements, but the page is telling me that I don't.

Sounds like Adobe messed up big time. Even before this I often had a hit or miss experience, now it seems even more like they are not supporting the community.
