Elements 3 Tools

I need some advise :( . I'm working in Elements 3 and for some reason, all my tools are not showing. I don't think I deleted them by accident. Is there some way to reset the tools to get them all back. The last tools showing on the bottom is the sponge tool and the blur tool. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Janis

You can try to "Reset All Tools" pick one of the showing ones and go to the left of the options bar and click there.

My guess would be though, that you need to reset The preferences.

Close elements and as you reopen hold down ctrl>shift>alt (brain freeze:D I think thats the keystokes) at the same time. Click yes at the popup and wait a minute or two and see if that works.

Quite a few tools are hidden. Click and hold for instance the Sponge Tool and you'll see the Dodge Tool and the Burn Tool.

I am not sure what you are seeing.

It sounds like the classical going from a single column toolbar to a two column toolbar. The two column toolbar will show the blur and sponge tools at its bottom.

Try Windows, Reset Palette locations, and see if that helps. Another approach is resizing the Window. Details to follow if necessary.

Thanks everyone for getting back to me so fast. As always you always come thru for me :) . ATR was correct on my bar going from double to single spacing. Now it looks single w/all my tools showing. I'm embarrassed :o .
