Wendy, thanks. Why is it that sometimes you watch the videos or read the tutorials and you think, "Oh, I can do that." Then when you go to do it on the computer it just doesn't go like you see you guys do it. Most of the time in the videos its click, click, click and its done. For me, when i start something new it seems that the first time it never works the way its supposed to. I tried the borders and it didn't Spatter like I wanted it to. Anyway, I'll keep trying and I'm loving it but I can't say it doesn't get a little frustrating at times. How long before you felt like you really knew the program?

Hi Carol ...
I'm really not sure that you ever know all the bits about the program ... but certainly the more you use then it the easier it gets.
Sometimes when you don't use an effect for a while then you do forget how to do it ... the other day I was working on something and I had to refer to one of my own tuts because I had forgotten how to do it  :o :o

Carol,
You are going ahead in leaps and bounds. Your gallery is marvellous. I find that usually I can do a new technique the first time, it is the next time when I think I know what I am doing that I have trouble.

Carol, thanks.
Sorry it took so long to get back to you on this, I had a photo shot tonight. That edge is one of the ones everyone is referring to that Diane did and recently everyone has been referring to the one Betty did.
Here is the thread for it Diane's
