Question re Stuffit and Winzip

Yesterday I downloaded Stuffit to get the free expander because the "Hair" brushes that I was trying to download required Stuffit.

I now find that any zip file I download automatically is a Stuffit Zip and not a Winzip. This is not a problem because it still works okay. I was just wondering why this has happened and where in Windows can you set the default zip program?

Right click on a zip file, from the context menu select Open With > Choose Program. Then from the list, choose Winzip (or whichever default program you want). Then click the box that says something like "always use this program for this type of file." I don't have it right in front of me, so hope this is close. Hope this helps.
