Thanks Wendy, thanks Russ. I need to try and remember what type of Lizard that is. I used to be really into reptiles and new the names of many, especially snakes but I have forgotten alot. Thanks for the compliments on my pictures.

Can't seem to get into the galleries right at this moment.

Thanks Karren. It might be a frilled neck, and I believe that would be an Australian species. Australia has some of the most beautifull reptile species on earth. My favorites include the carpet pythons, diamond pythons, all scrub pythons, bearded dragons, and one of the most beautifull pythons the Gree Tree Pythons. You are so lucky to live there:)

Great shots Bob!! Spikey looking lizard isn't it :D

It's definitly not a 'Frilled Neck Lizard' - I have a photo of one of those in my gallery in the Lizards of Australia montage......it's the bottom right one :)

I agree with you Bob when you say that Australia has some of the most beautiful reptile species on earth. When I was there a month ago (has it been that long already  ) I saw lots of them - in the wild and in the zoo. The ones in the wild I didn't dare get close to though, the photos were taken at the zoo ;)

Bob,
great shots, I like to see reptiles in the zoo or in photos but not in the wild. We're lucky here in the UK, only one poisonous snake, the Adder or Viper. There are no snakes in Ireland, St. Patrick kicked them out!
