Okay, I'm trying to practice a bit with Layers, but I have a problem: I can't seem to get more than one photo open in the work area of the Editor at one time, e.g., I have multiple photos in the Photo Bin at the bottom and one photo open in the work area (this photo is the Background layer). If I click on another of the photos in the Photo Bin, all of a sudden that photo becomes the Background layer. How can I have more than one photo open in the work area?
I was working on a Layers project that was included in Photoshop Academy lesson and it says to open two photos from a CD. No problem opening the two photos, but the lesson says that now I have the two photos open in the work area one on top of the other. However, I don't have two photos open in the work area, but rather only one, with both of the photos shown in the Photo Bin. What am I doing wrong?
