I have a question about logging into this site. I logged in to the Forums - no problem. When I went to log in to the main page where you can read the tutorials it says that my User ID and password do not match. I emailed photoshopelementsuser and they said I needed to set up a new ID and password. I did that but it still doesn't work. Can someone help?

I know there were a few problemss when they changed the login procedure but that was a while ago and you have just signed up. I'm not sure what is going on.

Were you able to get into the subscriber area before?

Last time Tami was looking into the probs. I would figure most of the staff is off for the weekend so if you don't get it sorted out Monday then maybe a PM to Tami would help. She may even notice this and respond unless she is away for vacation or something.:)
