Subscriber Form

I am trying to fill in the subscription form to became a member and I keep getting "Whoops, you forgot to fill in all the fields:

Can anyone help????

on the second address line if you left it blank put a space there ... I can't remember if there is another field. I had the same problem.

Yeah, I think they indicate which fields have to be manditory filled in. :confused:

I actually put in NA in all spaces that were not relevant..I'll try space
