"How to..." Question

Just some thoughts on creating that background....

There may be other ways, but, when I saw that background, I thought of a tutorial that I saw recently.

The link to it is below. It is a Matt Kloskowski tutorial on creating what he called an abstract thing. The link is to the podcast Photoshop TV "The Photoshop Guys" which is hosted by Scott Kelby, Dave Cross, and Matt Kloskowski. It is geared for the Photoshop CS2, but many of the techniques can be used in Photoshop Elements with or without a workaround.
