Slow Flash Movie Stream

Hi,

The "Flash" movie stream on the tutorial comes in real slow, I have a broadband connection and windows xp. Any advice how to speed the incoming stream.:)

Occasionally it can be slow but usually if you leave it a little while and then try again it sorts itself out. I think it may depend on how many people are using it at a particular time ...
