PSE-4 For Mac II

Thanks to all for the replies to yesterday's question re whether PSE-4 is now available for Mac OS-X. I guess I'll order the upgrade, as tfhere are enough features beyond the iffy skin tone control to make it sound worthwhile. BUT:
When I finally decided to upgrade from PSE-2 to PSE-3, PSE-4 (although not for Mac) was announced a couple months later. Are there any underground predictions of another upgrade to, say, PSE-5 in the next few months? Just wondering before I jump off another cliff (I'm still getting over the pain of jumping at a camera deal I should have researched more carefully).

Actually, there has been some speculation that version 5 will be out soon. Someone saw a new book on Amazon for PSE Version X which was supposed to be available in October I believe. Just speculation but I think 4 has been out for close to a year now so it probably won't be too long.

Thanks for the tip. I'll sit tight for awhile unless more scuttlebutt contradicts the possibility of imminent release of update or new version. Maybe it'll fix the PSE-4 bugs.
