here's a tough question!

How could I put a ruler effect border around the header image on my site? Any ideas? I do have a small ruler background image on my site. I wonder if I could use that as a pattern.

I'm just not sure on how to go forward...

Hi ...

I would take the ruler image and try to remove the background to it .. so you just have the markings and then I would drag that onto your image and experiment with it :)
