Dreamy effects from the Home page

I've tried to register for the Dreamy Effects plug in 3 times, and each time they have not sent me my serial number to unlock the program. Am I doing something wrong?

I just went to the website and downloaded the plug in and it said it should be a couple minutes to get the serial number to unlock it. It has been more than a few minutes so I am afraid I am having the same problem :(

Sometimes when I don't get an email I am expecting, I find it in my SPAM
in-box. Could it have gone there? Andie

I have checked mine and it is not there either. I may try a different email.

Danielle, I just tried it again and put in a different email address and it worked immediately! Weird because the other address I have forwards all email to the email I originally used and it worked.

Oh I am so pleased that you are now up and running with it ...

Here are two ways you could show your photos ... you could put them in your Gallery. Have you crreated one yet??

Or you could use Pixentral ...

To use Pixentral:

First resize your image using "save for web"
Set the longest side to 750 pixels and click on Apply
then adjust the quality slider until the image is around 150K.
and save it with a new name.

then go to
http://www.pixentral.com/index.php

Follow the instructions on the site and then when your image is uploaded copy the URL from below the image (the one marked forum) and paste it into a message here :).

I have just realised that you may not know how to use Pixentral to resize image ... here is some info :)

Resize using Save for Web:

Open your image then do File>Save for Web
When the Save for Web dialogue box come up there is a section over on the bottom right hand side where you can change the pixels size (see A) if you tick Constrain Proportions then you only need to change the longest side then just click on Apply. Next take a look at the new size (B) ... if it is still too big then use the quality slider (C) until the size is OK

Dreamy Plugin
Here's what I have found... When I downloaded it and requested the serial number, my spam sniffer sent it to my junk email box, so if I hadn't had the show me thingie (technical term) turned on I would have never seen it.
That was on my work system, when tested at home it went ok to my usual email address.

If you are running spam blocking software, please check your junk box to see if it is there, I am unable to not get an email back from them as some seem to be having occur, just sometimes I have to hunt for it..
