dual monitors with pse3??

I thought I posted a thread a few hours ago but now I can't find it. This is the first time I've posted so maybe I did it wrong. I searched for an answer butthe search only came up with 4 items, 3 that were vague and one to a link I wasn't registered on. Can someone tell me -straight out- can you use dual monitors with pse3. One for the image and one for all the space wasting tools, pallettes, etc. Oh yea, and just as important, HOW. I can't get my image to move out of the "box". Thanks

Depending on the hardware of you system the answer is YES! I do it on both the Mac and the PC.
