Upgrade PSE 3.0 to 4.0 incl. tags and collections

Hi,
The tags and collections defined in PSE 3.0 were not imported to PSE 4.0 (both German versions) during the upgrade procedure.
Does Adobe PSE support the import of tags and collections into the upgraded version or do I have to define everything again?
I hope not! Is there something special I have to pay attention?

thanks a lot for your suggestion it guided me into the right direction.

In my German Win XP / Adobe PSE installation the PSA files were located in "C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\Adobe\Katloge\".
All of them were correctly assigned to PSE 4.0 (Organizer).
However, only the file Katlog.PSA was in the PSE 4.0 (Organizer) format.
The other files were converted automatically from PSE 3.0 format to the PSE 4.0 after double clicking.
To be on the save site I made a backup before executing the conversion.

I think Adobe only knows why these did not happen during the upgrade procedure.

Anyway, now I'm able to use the in PSE 3.0 defined collections and tags within PSE 4.0.
