Subscriber Area Entry

I'm in my third year of subscription to Elements Techniques Magazine, but I haven't used the Subscribers Area in the Elements Web page since last February - and now I can't get back in. The password assigned to me by Adobe doesn't work, and neither does the password I usually use to enter non-Adobe sites. The Elements Subscriber page says to enter my e-mail address to receive a reminder of my password - but all I get is an error message saying to recheck my e-mail address entry and to try again. That doesn't work, either. So how do I get back into the subscriber area? The page recognized my user name, but no password seems to work.

for me it is the same name and password to get into my gallery.

If that doesn't work for you just contact customer service and I'm sure you'll get the help you need.

A little while ago they did some changes to the password part of the subscriber area. I think they said for security enhancement.
There were some instructions about how to go about changing/setting up your new all in one password. For some people it worked fine for some it didn't.
All worked out fine in the end though.

Hello,
Is any body else having trouble with the viedo's in the subscriber area? I can get in there but I can't play any of the viedo's. They don't load but it says done down in the lower left corner. They worked fine yesterday. :confused:

I just tried a couple of the Videos and they seem just fine ... which ones did you try ??
