Courses do not work on dial up.

I signed up for the layers class 8-10 days ago but i did not read the fine print. I thought i could do the same thing i do on the tuts. just push play and wait for the download. for me to have dsl I have to go through 2 phone companys and the combined total is staggering.(any suggestions) I will be moving(hopefully) in the next 3-4 months and the on line course people( heidi) will hold the class for me until then. so:( I have to wait 3-4 months! again. are there any suggestion?:) boB

wendy. Heidi is customer service.she said the y will HOLD the classfor me until i get dsl. now i have not talked to them by phone. this was done on line. should i call and look for a different answer?

I would think on line would be better, just keep a copy of your email giving you the information. Hopefully it will not be too long before you can do the course.

There is really nothing more customer service can do really. It's just a speed issue, I wish it wasn't though.
