I have Adobe Photo Elements 2 but have never really had time to learn or use the software. Now that I do have time, I’m thinking that I should skip Elements 2 and purchase Photo Elements 3 or the new Photo Elements 4 with Premier Elements. Should I do this and if so which one should I buy?
Thanks for the input.

Hi Summer ...
Seeing that you have Photoshop Elements 2 why not try that out for a little while and then once you have learned the basics buy a newer version :)

Are the on-line lessons geared for the newer versions of Elements or will they apply to Photo Elements 2 as well?

Hi Summer ...
Most of the techniques on this site will be do-able in PSE2 but if you are going to do the classes then it may be a little confusing for you.
Why not download a tryout version ... then try it for 30 days and see how you get on :)

Thanks Wendy. That sound like it may be the best way to go as I would like to take the on-line classes.

I jumped to 4.0 from 2.0 without learning much about 2.0 and benefited from the online levels course right away.
