Burn DVD from folder

Instead of burning direct to DVD I burnt to a folder as suggested innthe help files. This seemed to work OK.
The only problem is there is noting to tell me what to put on the final DVD.
There are some odd readme files and stuff now in the folder that PE2 put there.
Do I just copy the folder into the blank DVD or do I have to copy only some of the files - and which ones?

I think that I went into this in the Missing Clips Thread, but it is important enough to repeat.

When you locate the folder generated by Premiere Elements 2 in the Burn to Folder process, you will find two folders in that folder..Open DVD and VIDEO_TS. It is the VIDEO_TS folder with all its contents that you put on your DVD with the burning software that came with your DVD/CD drive. I have Nero as well as Record Now. You cannot use create Data Disc. You have to use the Burn Image route (or whatever it is called in the burning software brand).
