I am taking the layers class, and there is a few lessons in which he does an exercise with the "wow plastic" effect and a tylenol-shaped shape. I cannot remember what day that lesson was and cannot remember how to get that pill shaped shape. Can someone help? It looked like a liqui-cap

Use your shape tool -- rounded rectangle and draw your shape.
