I Can't view my Portrait Retouchig with Photoshop Elements DVD

I received my DVD in the mail after signing on for the two year subscription, but can't play it in my DVD player or computer. Any suggestions?

I remember reading about this somewhere. Try turning off your antivirus program and see if that works.

You may not be able to play it in your TV DVD player but it should work fine in your computer.
