In a Snap book...

Chuck, does your book have a DVD with it or is it the lessons in the book without sample files?

Premiere Elements 2 In A Snap by Grisetti and Engels did not come with a DVD or CD. However, they do provide a generous supply of tutorials at their web site (http://www.chuckengels.com) which they reference to their book.

Chuck and his co-author have done an excellent job and you will find their work very helpful.

I purchased it from Amazon at a very good price. In addition, I also purchased Premiere Elements 2 for Windows: Visual QuickStart Guide (Visual Quickstart Guides) by Antony Bolante since it was only $8.80. I have found that purchase to be worthwhile as well.

If you spend at least $25, shipping is free. This shipping is slower than others (and that is stated by Amazon), but I did get both within 3-4 days. Below is a link to the page that contains both books:

I have that other book already, I got it a while ago when I got a gift certificate for Barnes and Noble, I forgot about it until the other day.
