Can not find practice images to download

I am signed up for premiere Elements 101. The instructions say to download the practice image clips "below", but they are not there.

I have turned off pop up blocker but still don't see them. I am running Mcaffee Security Center, Ad-Ware SE Plus and Ad-Watch SE Plus for security purposes. None of these kept me from downloading practice images for the Layers course I took with Elementa 4. What am I missing?

I never saw even an indication that thee was supposed to be practice images. I just watched the course.
