I just bought Premiere Elements 2.0.

I've received notice that I have 2 free on-line courses I can take.

My problem is I can't find out how to get them. When I try to register, it asks for my credit card, which would be fine except these are supposed to be free.

Help?

Thanks

Jack

I suspect there is some confusion. This is my story.

Bottom Line may be FIRST register Premiere Elements 2.0 with Adobe.

Details

I recently purchased Premiere Elements 2.0. During the installation you are asked to register your product with Adobe. AFTER you register with Adobe, you should get a message "Thank you for registering your Adobe product!". At this point you will see "We hope you'll enjoy your two complimentary online training sessions:
Improve Your Videos
Making a Quick DVD
These are two videos, not a 21 day training courses. You do not register for these "online training sessions"/videos at the Photoshop Elements Techniques web site. There will links in the Adobe message for you to click on to gain access to these videos.

The Improve Your Videos (few minutes) is described "10 tips for improving the quality of your movies.

The Making a Quick DVD (few minutes) is described "Learn how to make a quick DVD and run with it!".

It is possible that you are dealing with another offer, but I suspect not.

Hi ATR ...

I think those are the ones in the message that Daniel from Customer Services posted. (I posted a link to it above) :)

Hi Wendy,

The link that you posted deals with a Photoshop Elements registration offer, not a Premiere Elements 2.0 registration offer.

That is why I posted "my story".

Hi ATR ...

Daniel posted both sets of links (Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements) in his message ...

Sorry I just looked and it isn't that obvious that bioth lots are there ... I should have added a note to that effect when I did the original message .. :)

Thanks to all of you for this discussion. I also viewed one of the lesson videos and was distressed to come back and not be able to get the other one. It took me a while to find and use the forum and now find answers to all kinds of things. Again, thanks to all of the people who take the time to help the rest of us along.

Hi Leslie ...

These free video lessons seem to cause all sorts of problems ... and just after Christmas there were lots of queries :)

Hi Jack and Wendy,

Glad everything is OK.

For my own peace of mind, I went back into the Photoshop Elements offer link that Wendy posted. There is really no way of knowing that the Premiere Elements 2.0 offer link is there. The Thread is Photoshop Elements focus. Unless, of course, you do some exploring.

Just as a future reference, if you go to response numbered #10 from Daniele, there are two links, the second is the Premiere Elements 2.0 offer link and shows the videos that I received. I am just typing what it says so the following may not function as a working link:
http://www.photoshopelementsuser.com...e/adobereg.php.

Jack, learning and exploring are keys to success. Good luck.

Kevin,

The link that you gave is for the Photoshop Elements offer. The one for Premiere Elements is below it in that post #10.
