organizer problems

when i try to go to organizer now an alert pops up that says
The action you are trying cannot be completed because the application is not responding
It may still be loading or waiting for a response from you.

Hi- One thing to check is that when the Organizer loads, there's a default message that comes up in a little dialog box (I can't remember what it says) and you just have to click ok. It can sometimes get hidden behind other windows, and then the organizer gets tired of waiting.
