A friend of my daughter has asked if I can do anything with this pic. The lens is obviously steamed up in the environment of the swimming pool. I can't see that it could be fixed............but I thought I'd ask anyway. Any suggestions or is it terminal?

Duplicate the layer, change the upper layer blending mode to multiply. Maybe a couple of times. This could help as there is still colour information.

Hi Robyn ...
Try this:
Duplicate the layer
and change the blend mode to overlay
then on this duplicated layer do a levels adjustment on the individual channels.
Message 7 in this thread shows how to do that ...

It improves the image but its never going to be perfect :)
